Mail merge for Gmail,
without the subscription.
Send personalised campaigns from your own Gmail account — with list cleaning, scheduling, and follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies.

- Quick question, {{firstName}}
Hi {{firstName}},
— sent from your own Gmail, with your signature
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself.
- 01
Upload your list
Drop in a CSV. Columns are detected automatically, and duplicates, typos and dead domains are cleaned out before anything is sent.
- 02
Write it once
Compose in Gmail with your real signature. Use {{firstName}} and friends — and we refuse to start if a merge field would come out blank.
- 03
Review, then send
See the exact messages and the exact recipients before a single one goes out. Sending is paced like a person typing, not a machine firing.
- 04
Follow up automatically
Schedule a second and third touch. Anyone who replies or bounces drops out of the sequence on their own.
What you get
The parts that are usually behind a paywall.
Verification built in
Syntax, duplicates, disposable domains and mail-server checks — before you send, not after you've burned your reputation.
Replies stop follow-ups
A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe removes someone from the sequence immediately. No apologies for the fourth email.
Your signature, your thread
Messages go out from your Gmail, with your signature, and follow-ups stay in the same conversation.
Built to protect your account
Conservative caps, a warm-up ramp for new senders, business-hours sending, and an automatic stop if bounces climb.
Straight answers
What it can’t do.
Worth knowing before you install, not after.
- Google caps your sending, and we can’t change that
- Gmail allows roughly 500 recipients a day on a personal account and 2,000 on Workspace. Mail goes out through your own account, so those are the real ceilings. We default well below them.
- Gmail needs to be open
- Sending happens in your browser, through your own Gmail session. Close every Gmail tab and the campaign pauses until you open one again.
- Reply tracking is good, not perfect
- We check for replies every couple of minutes rather than instantly. If tracking can’t run, follow-ups pause automatically — we’d rather send late than email someone who already wrote back.
- It’s for mail merge, not cold spam
- There’s no email finder and no scraper, and there won’t be. Campaigns stop automatically if bounces climb, because a bad list damages your account, not ours.
